What does a Calibration Certificate contain?
The minimum content of a calibration certificate is:
- Identification of calibrated equipment
- Identification of the patterns used and guarantee of their traceability
- Reference to the calibration procedure or instruction used
- Environmental conditions during calibration
- Calibration results
- Uncertainty associated with the measure
- Date of calibration
- Signature (or equivalent) of the person responsible for the calibration
